Pam began her career in large convention hotels and has enjoyed 33 successful years in hospitality & venue management. Pam has a proven track record of exceeding financial plans, driving new revenue growth and building strong teams. Most recently, she held the position of Regional Vice President and was with Spectra Venue Management & Food Services and Hospitality for over 12 years. She has extensive knowledge as a Food and Beverage Area General Manager, General Manager, Director of Sales, Rooms Division Manager and Director of Banquet Operations with Centerplate, the Galt House Hotel and the Omni Grove Park Inn. She was also a Property Manager in Jacksonville Beach, Florida and held a Corporate Director of Resident Relations position for Integroup Property Management. With her diverse background in hospitality and venue management, this allows a unique view into your business, with a fresh, holistic approach.


Pam has built strong relationships with some of our industries most prominent convention management teams, unions and association administrators throughout her career. Pam understands the importance of inclusion, diversity and sustainability in her daily business practices.
